Dutch Owners (Adults Only 18+) In the green hills of Macerata, our farmhouse is located in a quiet location, surrounded by ancient Olive trees. This luxury vacation house, is located on the ground floor. We live on the second floor. The houses are completely separated from each other. You do not have to see each other. It was built in 2021 preserving the original materials with all the Luxury to make your Holiday something special. The Private Terrace of (40 m²) the entire length of the building gives a lot of privacy and direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi. A Luxury living kitchen and two luxury bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms. You can enter directly from the porch the large terrace of the SWIMMING POOL. This pool is often completely private. Sometimes it is shared with up to two quiet guests of the nearby Chalet. From the pool you have a priceless view of the hills. Endless feeling as you cool off in the healthy salt water of the pool (10x less salty than the sea).

Within walking distance ( 2 km) is the beautiful town of Mogliano (MC). The sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche, and the Monti Sibillini National Park with Sarnano, can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Best of course with our Fiat 500 vintage car. To eat out there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Where, for example, you can still eat a real home-made pizza, prepared the Italian way. Or you can visit a trattoria where delicious fresh meals are prepared daily. Also several wineries, with traditional Italian quality wines, can be found in the immediate vicinity. Our goal is to make your well-deserved vacation really a time when you can relax and recover for a while to come back to us again later.
