In the countryside, in the yard of a farmhouse located, detached spacious vacation home. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sitting area and a kitchen island, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor there is a spacious loft with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, microwave oven and a refrigerator. The cottage is heated by underfloor heating, a heat pump and solar panels. Beds are made and towels and kitchen linen are provided.

The cottage is located in a varied landscape, near river Berkel, between a number of estates such as the Velhorst, the Grote Veld (with sheepfold), the Voorst and the 't Velde. There are many cycling and mountain biking routes in the immediate vicinity. For example, the 8-castles route. There are also plenty of hiking opportunities. The Pieterpad is 2 km away and the Berkelpad (walk of over 150 km from Zutphen to Billerbeck (Dld.) is 1 km away. The Berkelvalleiroute (walk of 18 km) runs along the cottage.At 5 km away is the center of the medieval Hanseatic city of Zutphen (20 minutes by bike). Here are several museums, markets, a cinema and a theater. In the city center there are many cozy places to eat and drink and a diversity of stores. Zutphen is known as a tower city. 4 km away is the shopping center of Warnsveld with a wide range of stores and supermarkets.
