The bed and breakfast room has a private entrance. You enter the living room through the spacious terrace with an unobstructed view of the Dinkel valley. In the living room you can lounge and there is a nice dining table. Your breakfast is served in this room in the morning and you can make your own tea and coffee. The bedroom you reach by going up a staircase. This is divided into the sleeping area and a sitting/relax area (you can also put one or two cribs here). Attached to the bedroom is a spacious private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink with all necessities.

The bed and breakfast is in a historic yard and existed as far back as the Middle Ages. The yard is located directly on the beautiful river Dinkel. Here start a number of hiking and cycling trails towards Germany but also towards the nature reserves in Twente. Terraces and restaurants, you will find in Gronau (Germany) or Overdinkel and Losser (the Netherlands).
