In the evening, you can look forward to our 4-course menu, which Andreas conjures up with seasonal and regional ingredients. Freshness and quality are Andreas' top priorities. Lean meadows on our estate invite you to take a stroll, lined with fruit trees, thyme, camomile and wild herbs. Paths lead through our newly planted forest and past the Aldersbach stream. Natural spectacles await in the Sumava National Park, Neuschönau and many nature reserves. Our energy flows like a refreshing stream from nature. 50% of our electricity comes from renewable sources, the rest directly from our own PV system. Our heat source? 100% renewable, powered by a wood chip system. Even our wastewater treatment plant is fully organic. The water? Pure and untouched from our own spring.
