The vacation apartment is part of a building that has been traditionally embedded in nature in keeping with Lower Bavarian culture. The wooden windows framed in granite walls, the wooden dormer windows and the country-style balcony are particularly natural for the region. The cozy, modern furnished vacation apartment is one of 4 vacation apartments in this rustic, former farmhouse. Also hidden in this building is the "Private Spa" with sauna, which can be rented individually for a small fee. Opposite is the small restaurant in the Edlgütl with a view of nature and the local mountain, the Dreisessel. There is only room for 8 families. Freshness and quality have priority in the Edlgütl mix of local and international dishes. We are also happy to bring fresh bread rolls to your apartment in the morning. So the perfect vacation in the middle of nature can begin.

We obtain 50% of our electricity from renewable energies and 50% from our own PV system. We use 100% renewable energies for heating (wood chip system). Our in-house sewage treatment plant is fully biological. Even our house water comes from our own spring. On our estate you can walk through meadows, past freshly planted fruit trees, wild thyme, camomile and many other wild herbs.
