In this small apartment complex at 1350 meters altitude you will find our luxury penthouse. Through the private parking garage with space for 2 cars you can take the elevator directly to the apartment which is located on the top and 6th floor. At the entrance you will also find a closet for ski equipment. The apartment has a great view of the mighty mountains on the Rhone valley. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating and a fireplace. There is a luxury kitchen with all amenities and a dining table with fine chairs for extensive dining. Around the house you will find 3 balconies with various seating areas. On the large balcony is a lovely jacuzzi (max 3 persons) and a pizza oven. The bedrooms have double beds. One room has a loft with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms. There is also a washing machine. On the first floor you will find a large swimming pool (20 meters) and sauna.

The house is one of the most famous ski villages in the world and is part of the Les Quatre Vallées area with more than 400 kilometers of slopes. Haute-Nendaz is an authentic village with nice restaurants. In addition to skiing in winter, in the other seasons it is beautiful to walk or cycle here. In the valley is Sion, a nice town with a historic center with many stores and restaurants.
