Our spacious house with swimming pond is located in the heart of nature reserve De Zumpe and can be booked as vacation accommodation during our vacations. The house has 4 bedrooms (1 parent and 3 children's rooms) on the ground floor. Living room, kitchen and roof terrace on the upper floor offer views of the garden (with trampoline, sandpit, swing, slide, swimming pond, large picnic table, lounge corners, hammocks, sun beds, bbq, pizza oven), horse paddock, orchard and De Zumpe. In the garden is also the guest house (Nature House ID: 66376) which is suitable for two people, with its own shower, toilet, sink, refrigerator and microwave. This 2-person guesthouse can also be booked for a stay of 7 persons. When booking our house, the guesthouse will not be rented to others.

Nature reserve De Zumpe is located east of Doetinchem and because of its special landscape and wealth of plants and birds (e.g. golden oriole, green woodpecker, kestrel, stork, buzzard) is a wonderful place to stroll around, bird watching etc. But it is also an ideal base for hiking and cycling, e.g. along the Oude IJssel to the historic Hanseatic city of Doesburg, or towards the forests and museums of Ruurlo, the hills of Montferland, castle 's Heerenberg or Slangenburg estate. Because of its convenient location near Doetinchem with its restaurants, (indoor) playgrounds, stores and cultural facilities, other ingredients for a successful stay are also available. And due to the proximity to the A18 freeway and Doetinchem train station (approx. 1.7 km), the accommodation is easily accessible by both car and public transport.
