This beautiful nature house is a converted farmhouse from 1920. The farm used to be known, among other things, for the production of gin. Now you can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. The house has a large living area with an open kitchen and lots of light through the garden doors. Through the spiral staircase you walk to the upper floor where there are 4 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees. In the hills of Serra da Lousã are several beautiful hiking trails, which include the characteristic Aldeias do Xisto. These villages with houses made of slate are a well-kept secret of central Portugal and are part of the country's cultural heritage. Furthermore, in the surroundings of Lousã you will find several river beaches (Praias fluviais). Hidden in the beautiful nature, you can swim here in clear river water. Also recommended for mountain bikers and paragliders are the hills of Serra da Lousã! The city center is only five minutes by bike. You will find cozy restaurants, cafes and bakeries. There are also many nice stores and supermarkets and a covered market where fish, meat, bread, vegetables and fruits are sold by local farmers.
