Come spend the night in this unique tent, the Gobi, on uninhabited island De Kluut. The Gobi is a very special tent produced in Mongolia as a modern version of the yurt. This tent was developed for itinerant groups because the Gobi is easier to carry and faster to set up. This colorful tent has the characteristic round shape of the yurt and features several windows. The "hat" at the top gives a cheerful look, but also provides ventilation. Therefore, it is always pleasant to stay in this spacious tent. The inside of the tent has a beautiful beige cloth, which creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The Gobi stands in a beautiful spot under the trees, keeping it nice and cool in the summer. This tent is fully equipped with 4 made beds, lantern, locker, a stove, cooler, cooking supplies, eating utensils. Outside there is a picnic table and wood stove.

Island de Kluut is located in the middle of the Veluwemeer, near Harderwijk. The island is about four acres and lushly covered with tall trees, dense shrubbery, reed palms with large clearings of sand or grass here and there. You are brought to the island by boat in 10 minutes. There you immediately imagine yourself in a totally different world without cars or bicycles. Here you can enjoy the peace, nature, birds, clean swimming water and the fantastic view over the Veluwemeer. On the island are 15 tents very spaciously set up. There is a large tent with high tables and a group kitchen for general use. In the Tipi Lounge you can sit around a cozy fire and roast marshmellows over the fire. There is an excellent restroom on the island and also power to charge mobile devices. Our ferry sails four times a day to Flevoland, from where you can take all kinds of trips.
