When we found this cottage, my husband and I were very impressed with the location and the quiet atmosphere of the park. Our park is very small, with only 3 unpaved paths, and many of the houses are unrented. There are no amenities at the park, such as a pool or playground, so it's quite a relaxing place to spend your time. Our bungalow is at the very back of the park, in the nicest spot, with huge trees surrounding it, sitting behind an open field with a view. For the past 3 years we have completely renovated the house inside and out. We do NOT have a TV subscription, but you can stream to the TV from your phone or tablet to watch your favorite series and movies. The bedroom has a comfortable bed for 2 people (160cm). You can relax inside by the wood stove, on the sheltered porch or outside in one of the sitting areas where you will find a wood stove and an outdoor barbecue. There is a lot of privacy in our place!

From our grounds you can open the gate and directly enter a piece of Veluwe. You will immediately find many hiking trails, a bicycle path and the entrance to the MTB trail Ermelo and Harderwijk. Within 10 minutes cycling you are on the Ermelosche Heide, where a flock of sheep is housed. We are within cycling and short driving distance of beautiful locations, such as Kasteel Staverden and the historic town of Harderwijk. Downtown Ermelo has many good restaurants and stores, as well as a very popular beer brewery and a fantastic beer store. Our house is right on the edge of a piece of Veluwe, so the house feels very much part of the forest. It is just a short walk from the house to endless biking and hiking trails to both the north, east and south. Each with its own interesting landscape.
