Welcome to the beautiful Gorski Kotar, the undiscovered natural landscape of northern Croatia. The stylish country house offers two cozy living rooms on 160 m² and two floors, where you can read to your heart's content or enjoy the view of Slovenia. On the first floor, next to the living room, there is a dining room with a large oak table and a kitchenette with worktop and side-by-side fridge. The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a new double bed. There is a cozy bathroom on each floor. On the 1st floor is the 2nd living room with a view and work area. Next door is a small children's room with 2 single beds. The wellness area is located in the former horse stable and invites you to relax in the jacuzzi or sauna after a long walk. Your deckchairs will find a favorite spot everywhere. The house is heated by a new oil central heating system, the costs are billed at the end according to consumption.

The house is a paradise for nature lovers, forest bathers, recreation seekers and self-catering guests. It is located in a 2800 m² natural garden in the middle of a tiny village in the hills and forests of Gorski Kotar. You can immediately set off on long hikes or explore the area by mountain bike or car. Pristine mixed forests and one of the cleanest rivers in Europe, the Kupa, offer plenty of space for explorers and connoisseurs. In about 1 hour you can reach well-known nature parks such as Risnjak, hiking trails such as Kamacnik or organized opportunities to observe brown bears. The capital Zagreb is also worth a visit if you want to soak up a day of culture and city flair. Rijeka and many famous beaches in the Kvarner Bay are also just 1 hour away. For self-catering, the market in Rijeka is a fish paradise. In the evening, you will be delighted to be able to sleep wonderfully in the pleasant mountain climate of Milkmans House without any air conditioning.
