There is a railway station in Rieder, in the Harz in Germany. It was constructed in 1891 for the imperial Railways. It is a characteristic building with a long history. The Deutsche Bahn, around the change of the century, closed the line that serviced this station. The building, part of the platform and a piece of land were offered for sale. After seven years of renovation, it re-opened in 2016. This is your chance to stay in at old train station building!Das Innenhof is the bottom floor, with a (shared) courtyard. There are no stairs to climb. It is a cozy floor with its own bathroom and kitchen.

The wonderful nature reserve "Der Harz" is located in the heart of Germany.
