Living like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden house fully equipped. A lovely dining kitchen with large table, a spacious sitting room with fantastic views. 3 terraces around the house so you can always sit in the sun (or shade) and out of the wind. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a box bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances including a steam oven, a freezer and an induction hob. Everything is comfortably and modernly furnished and there are nice crockery etc for cozy dining. Around the house is a fenced forest area and grass of about 3,000m2. Complete privacy. Towards the water is the dike and behind it is our very spacious jetty with room for 3 boats (5-7m). We rent our house incl. our Whaly of 5.7 meters (6-8 people) and sailboat (apr-okt). In the lakes you can swim (bathing ladder on jetty present). The house is completed in the summer of 2023 so the garden still needs to be landscaped and mature.

Our cottage is located on a forest estate on the most idyllic spot on Kaag Island amidst the lakes and meadows. On all sides free view; the water with all the boats, the cows in the meadows and windmills in the distance. The house is not accessible by car. You can park about 500m from the house after which a short walk across a farm. However, the house can be reached directly by boat.
