This cottage is situated on an idyllic 4500 m² fenced plot in the middle of the forest with a distant view. Here you can mainly hear the twittering of the birds and watch them at the feeder, especially in winter. This property is particularly suitable for those seeking peace and quiet and for swimmers. A private 7.5 m x 4 m x 1.5 m heated pool with counter-current system is the highlight in the huge garden. On the pool side there is a small wooden bungalow with 2 sleeping possibilities, but without sanitary facilities (pool season: May - end of September Outside the pool season a maximum of 3 persons are possible). 70 KWH / week are included in the house, Old apple and cherry trees, blackberries, many shrubs, bushes and hedges can be found in this idyll. Please note the access road!!! This cottage is so hidden in the forest that it can only be reached via a bumpy forest path (approx. 700 m).

Hiking trails start directly from the property. In just a few minutes you can be in the town with its famous Rosarium, where you can admire many different types of roses. Or you can follow the wild rose trail with the varied diversity of the southern Harz. A walk around the artificial pond in Wettelrode is also wonderful, or you can pay a visit to the Röhrigschacht. The 10 km long naturist trail is also nearby (20 km).
