Welcome to this unique vacation home on a beautiful estate, surrounded by nature and on a small lake (limited recreation). Here you will have a complete off-grid experience (the cottage is completely powered by solar and wind energy) in harmony with nature. Sounds of birds and water are all you will hear. This unique cottage is located on the property of the homeowner (approx 5000m2), on a cul-de-sac and is approx 70m2 in size. It consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with rain shower, washer and dryer. Upstairs is a large bedroom with double bed (140x200, firm mattress) and two bedsteads (separated by curtain). Despite the fact that the owner's house is also in the yard, there is plenty of privacy: two terraces with nice views (one covered), so you can sit in the sun or shade as needed), a private lawn and in the summer you can use the spacious set-up pool of 7 meters in diameter.

Nature lovers fall from one surprise to another in the Vechtdal due to its diverse landscape. Large sand drifts are interspersed with dark forests, beautiful moors, lush meadows with grazing cows and the most beautiful wild flowers. And in between, of course, that beautiful river Vecht. At about 15 km is Hardenberg (with recreational lake), within 10km you are in Germany, and Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen is 25 km away. There are also many cycling (the cottage is located directly on a bicycle junction) and walking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The Pieterpad runs nearby and on the estate itself there are several hiking trails. Here you will also find pancake restaurant De Ganzenhoeve, to which people from far and wide come. For your daily shopping you can go to Coevorden (5 minutes by car). For an additional fee you can join a private boat trip on the Wieden or the Overijsselse Vecht.
