As the proud owner of this beautiful water villa, I would like to let you enjoy the truly beautiful surroundings, in all seasons. The tranquility, the bird serenades, the beautiful panoramic view over the water and the enchanting sunrises and sunsets on the water are breathtaking. The area also has a lot to offer with e.g. the beautiful fortified towns of Heusden, Woudrichem and Slot Loevestein. In our opinion, the most beautiful place in the Netherlands to enjoy. You are very welcome. Sauna available. Gas barbecue available, if you want to have a covered BBQ, the Finnish Kota can be rented. Around the house there are several surprising seating areas. The large walnut tree provides cooling on hot days. The waterfowl are entertaining to watch and you can cast a fishing rod at any time of the day. (E.g. Efteling / Golf course are close by) Private car parking space next to the house. Other arrival and departure days are possible in consultation, just give us a call we speak English. ;-)

As soon as you have opened the gate of the water villa , you will find yourself in another world. A world of tranquility with a beautiful panoramic view over the vast adjacent natural water. A holiday home that is fully equipped with optimal privacy. The covered terrace offers protection from the sun and even on less beautiful days it remains wonderful to stay outside. The water villa is a nice house with central heating, a fireplace and a wood stove. The beautiful panoramic view over the water is breathtaking and the sunset is magical and captivates. The conservatory also offers a beautiful panorama day and night. On warm days you can cool off in the adjacent water, just in your own backyard with a swimming ladder. The boat, for max. 4 adults, has a 6 hp Suzuki engine and bimini top and is, under certain conditions, available for the entire rental period. It is located on the private jetty at the house. Please discuss before arrival (not included as standard).
