The vacation home borders a beautiful flower meadow. The house has a games closet for old-fashioned entertainment, Netflix for the movie lover, fishing water at 50 meters and a terrace to enjoy a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. The cottage is located in Klijndijk, with rural peace and quiet and surrounded by the beautiful typical Drenthe nature, heaths and megalithic tombs. On the north side of the house lies the Zietakkerbosje with the world-famous ( in Klijndijk at least) "Het ommetje Klijndijk". The surroundings of Klijndijk have many beautiful walking and cycling routes through small picturesque sand villages and forests. On a summer day there are plenty of swimming opportunities to choose from in the area: 5 km away outdoor pool "the Bosbad" in 't Haantje, at 5 Km outdoor pool "the Leewal" in Exloo, at 6 Km natural lake "the Kibbelkoele" and several within a radius of 10 km. Emmen is just under 10 km away and offers several nice cafes and various shopping opportunities. Also a visit to the Wildlands zoo in Emmen is a must.I
