The house is a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach. Altavilla Milicia is located between Palermo and Cefalu. It has fantastic pebble beaches and a blue lagoon. A car is necessary to get around we have free parking.The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is built half on a hill the house has no sea view, the patio and the roof terrace have sea view.On the great roof terrace we have our studio and sometimes we stay with our small dogs, but you can use it! At the entrance of the house there is a patio (with sea view), there is a table with chairs, the patio is shared with 2 other neighbors.The roof terrace has panoramic sea and mountain views.There are sun loungers, garden furniture, parasol and there is also a dining table. The house is surrounded by nature and therefore it is the perfect place to relax.

At 200 m from the nearest beach, between Palermo and Cefalu Altavilla Milicia has 5 fantastic beaches and blue lagoons.The house is located on a hill outside the drop and is surrounded by nature, tusen mountains and sea. Ann the back are the mountains with natural areas, the forest and a beautiful cave. Altavilla has a beautiful belvedere where you can enjoy the view and a delicious cup of coffee. There are also restaurants, supermarkets, greengrocers, etc. You can of course drive along the beautiful coast to visit other villages. There is a train station (by the sea) where you can take the train to the center of Palermo.
