Our B&B is rural located in the polders of Hoek, near the Belgian border. An oasis of peace on the former sheep farm dating back to the 19th century and completely renovated while maintaining the authentic elements such as the Zeeland barn. The room is located in the former carriage house and equipped with coffee bar, refrigerator and all facilities for a pleasant stay. In the former workers' cottage you can enjoy breakfast or lounge around. In the garden there are several resting points and animals, including the horses that mirror you. The chickens provide an egg for breakfast, the geese guard the property and the sheep, cats and ponies are ready for a stroke. Stroll in the hammock, breakfast on your terrace with fresh herbs and flowers from the garden and do nothing for a while. Possibility of booking wellness, massages, Reiki and alternatives such as the power of the herd, body work through our own therapeutic center. Enjoyment is allowed !

We are located 5 minutes from the nature reserve "De Braakman" where you can walk, cycle and swim. Also nature reserves such as: the drowned black polder, the Zwin are easily accessible from here. A mussel in the fishing village of Philippine, a tapas bar in Terneuzen....is possible because of the central location of the property. The North Sea coast where you can enjoy the beautiful dunes, beaches is about 30 minutes away. Seal spotting is possible at low tide from the seawall on the Westerschelde. Cycling along the route of the State-Spanish lines. See a bit of culture in Sluis, Hulst, Ghent, Bruges. But also on the property itself there are several places : the butterfly garden, the apple orchard, the rose garden and the fruit picking garden with raspberries, blackberries ... for a delicious snack. Also our dike, where you can enjoy the old trees, sunset and a wonderful place to spot birds and catch a glimpse of all the beauty that nature offers us. Discover Zeeland !
