The campground is home to a small yurt community. Overlooking the camping field with its beautiful walnut tree and a fire pit, the yurt is round, giving you a distinct experience of the space. The space embraces you as it were and immediately gives you a friendly and restful feeling. In front of the yurt is a cozy seating area and on the camping field are a number of picnic tables and a fire pit. You share the new floor-heated sanitary facilities March 2023 with the other yurt renters and camping guests. The grounds have undergone an upgrade in the past year. In this summer season some "residual" work is being done, you may notice that. On the grounds there is a chicken run where you can get fresh eggs in the morning. There are also some cats and dogs running loose on the grounds. If you want to bring a pet please contact us.

The campsite is located in the Betuwe directly on the Lower Rhine. Cross the dike and you walk into the floodplains where you can walk, swim and enjoy the beautiful views. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug with its many hiking, cycling and MTB trails is also nearby. Just take the ferry to Amerongen and you are there.
