Mountain chalet made of solid wood planks with sauna Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this special accommodation - a detached mountain chalet made of natural logs at an altitude of 1400 m. The accommodation was newly built in 2017 from solid, natural wooden planks. Special attention was paid to an ecological and healthy construction method. The house has a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor is the eat-in kitchen, equipped with a modern cooking/dining area and a living area with sofa and wood-burning stove. There is also a large bathroom with WC/shower and sauna as well as a separate toilet. On the upper floor there is an open gallery with 2 single beds and an additional couch (futon bed), as well as 2 further rooms, each equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds. The large panoramic terrace offers a fantastic view over the Mölltal valley and the mountain range opposite (Kreuzeck group).

Hikes or bike tours can be undertaken directly from the accommodation in summer and ski tours in winter. The high valley of the Großfragant with its rustic huts is particularly inviting. The Fraganter Schutzhaus can be reached in around two hours at an altitude of 1600 m, which offers regional, home-made dishes. Sledges are also available and can be used in winter for rides on the roller coaster trail. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation is the Mölltal Glacier (distance from the accommodation by car: 11km), where skiing is possible all year round at an altitude of 3000m. In summer, several gorges invite you to go hiking, the Groppenstein Gorge (distance: 12km) and the Raggaschlucht Gorge (distance: 9km) are particularly worth mentioning due to their beauty.
