Relax in this luxury double country house on the Kagerplassen with jetty for your boat and beautiful views of the polder with its windmills, birds and cows. Explore the beautiful waters of the Kaag and Braassem by boat, swim in the lake, cycle and/or walk through the beautiful adjacent bird meadow area. The house has a sleeping and a living area separated by a small corridor. There are three bedrooms (2x2 pers with private terrace and 1x bunk bed), a bathroom and a kitchen/living room with wood stove, four terraces, a private garden with relaxing chairs, egg BBQ and a picnic table. Each cottage has a berth for a boat, there are 4 cottages in total. Renting a sloop or sup is possible. The cottages are equipped with every luxury, from wood stove, washing machine, dishwasher to air conditioning. There is a lawn to play soccer, a pizza oven and a trampoline. Also available are games such as Jeu de boule, Kubb and Croquet. Free parking and electric charging is available.

The lakehouses are very centrally located in the Green Heart, the water-rich polder area of South Holland; the beach in Katwijk and Noordijk is 20 minutes away, the old student city of Leiden with all its museums and canals (10 min). Amsterdam is easily accessible in 20 minutes and The Hague is 15 min drive.The cottage overlooks the polder and meadows with meadow birds and cows. The house borders the water of the Vennemeer lake and the Kagerplassen. Enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful sunset on the lake from the jetty. During your stay you can sail, swim, bike, walk and above all relax. Renting a boat is possible at this cottage. In our cottages, luxury and comfort go hand in hand with sustainability. The cottages are made of materials that have minimal impact on the environment and electricity is generated by solar panels on the roof. Dogs are welcome at the lakehouses if they are leashed and do not sleep on beds or couches.
