Welcome to enjoy peace and quiet in our guesthouse. The guesthouse is fully equipped, has a private driveway and a private fenced garden. The spacious living room has a sitting area with a nice sofa, a dining table with chairs, an open kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. In the bedroom is a lovely king-size bed, in the adjacent bathroom a shower, toilet and sink. The entire guesthouse has underfloor heating, so even in autumn and winter it is pleasant to stay here.

Our guesthouse is located on a quiet road in the outskirts of Leuvenheim. It is very quiet, at night you can hear the owls calling or the deer barking. From the garden you look out over the forest edge, where hares, deer and roe deer run. Several cycling and walking routes pass the guesthouse. Around the corner is the Soerense Broek nature reserve, from where you can cycle or walk straight to the Veluwezoom.
