The house Coumenios is located 1 km from the town of Moulis in the French Pyrenees department of Ariège. The apartment is located on the ground floor (the first floor is occupied by the owners. Through the hall with storage closet you enter the spacious and bright living room of 35m² with sitting area, television and dining table. The 2 large terrace doors give a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. Adjacent to the living room is a small corridor that gives access to the fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer) with a second dining table. This hallway also gives access to the spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and closet, the bathroom with bathtub and sink and a separate toilet.In a separate room, directly accessible from the hallway and shared with the residents, a washer and dryer are at your disposal. Your car can be parked right next to the house on our own property.

The house is located in a rural setting not far from the mountains. The area is ideal for hiking at various levels (information material available in the apartment) or cycling. Several cols known from the Tour de France are within cycling distance of the house but also for the less ambitious cyclist there are many possibilities.
