The large eat-in kitchen with large table and adjacent porch is your living area, and there are also two sitting rooms where you can enjoy reading a book. The garden is completely private and overlooks the river. The barns are now storage for all sorts of things.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the village of Höljes. The house overlooks the river Klarälven, and on the private dock you can enjoy fishing, swimming and canoeing. You can walk or cycle from the house into the mountains and forests, in winter you can also go cross-country skiing. At 30 min. lies the ski area of Branäs, at 1 hour drive the areas of Trysil (Norway) and Sälen. The store in the village is within walking distance and has everything from fresh vegetables to gasoline.
