The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove, oven, coffee machine, bread slicer, egg stove, toaster, blender etc. and a wide range of crockery leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor with 2 separate beds. The spacious bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is also a separate WC. The apartment is allergy-friendly and non-smoking. The spacious garden invites you to relax, sunbathe and barbecue. Electricity is produced by the own photovoltaic system incl. storage. The garden is irrigated via water cisterns.
