The fragrant orchard and natural flower meadow in front of the house invites you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy. The A93 highway, with the Höchstädt/Thierstein and Thiersheim exits, is 6 km away. You will also find the nearest shopping facilities in these towns. The towns of Selb and Marktredwitz, with shopping centers, factory outlets and attractive leisure facilities (museums, theaters, cinema, parks, swimming pools, pump track, wave garden, ice rink, ski lift, show quarry and much more) can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
