The rustic old forester's lodge with outbuildings is situated in a quiet, secluded location. The host family and our vacation guests live here. In this semi-detached house (113 m², 4 rooms, terrace), you can expect a rustic vacation home in country house style for up to 5 people. The vacation home has two separate bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the first floor there is an eat-in kitchen with dining area, a checkroom, a storage room, a guest WC and the rustic living area. The living room leads out onto the terrace with distant views of the countryside.

The Alte Forsthaus is an ideally located starting point for wonderful hikes, mountain bike tours or Nordic walking. The extensive network of hiking trails starts right on the doorstep. The location in the middle of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park offers endless hiking possibilities, around 200 special hikes within a radius of max. 20 km from the Forsthaus. Our nearby surroundings have a lot to offer, here young and old will find suitable leisure activities, nature experiences, places to experience exciting adventures. This area also has a lot to offer for the little ones. A baby carriage trail also starts right outside the front door and not far away there is the exciting ant trail for the slightly older ones. A short summit hike up to the Silberberg is possible directly from the house.
