This goes through the beautiful village of Montfort and the adjacent nature reserves. The walk Rondje Molenplas with as starting point the Hompesche Molen is a must.The National Park de Meinweg is only 13 km away.The cities of Roermond and Sittard can be reached 15 min(car)/40 min(bicycle).Train station Echt 4km, 13 min(bicycle).Farm store Lizette-Sint Joost has an extensive assortment of fresh artisanal local products.The white gold(asparagus) is abundantly available in season(April-June).
