Our house has a beautiful terrace and garden equipped with a barbecue area for cozy summer evenings. You can relax in the sun on our sun loungers. Sunshades are available for anyone who needs a little shade. The detached house is situated at the top of the hill in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac right next to the forest. Situated on a south-west facing slope with a wonderful distant view of the Harz foreland and access to the extensive network of hiking trails. You can reach the village center in about 12 minutes on foot downhill. Via the hiking trail network, the König Hübich Route (Horizontalweg) you can reach the water treading area, the world forest (arboretum), the Hübichenstein and the cave adventure center. The Harz forest begins on one side and the Harz foreland lies in the other direction. The surrounding area also offers activities for everyone, such as fishing, horse riding, minigolf, museums and galleries. You can also go skiing and cross-country skiing in winter.
