Rectory house located in a small village with 10 houses in the Normandy countryside The house is situated on a property of 3 hectares, of which 2.5 hectares are located at the back of the house. Wake up in the morning in the silence and enjoy birds and deer in the meadow. The house is finished with high quality materials, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove with 2 ovens and 5 gas basins and a grill, fridge. In the storage room there is also an extra fridge, washing machine and dryer. Come and enjoy the tranquility in a house with art deco and vintage decor!
