In the middle of the alm on, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains in the protected Mrzlica Nature Park lies the vacation home. The first other house is 400 meters away! The vacation home is completely self-sufficient and is not connected to public utilities. Electricity is generated by power panels and stored in batteries, normally sufficient. In case of emergency there is an aggegrat available, so the house is always supplied with power.The house is located in the middle of the alm and is only accessible by a dirt road of about 3 km. This road is well maintained and is a public road. Because the house is not connected to the electricity network, it does not have the luxury of a dishwasher and an oven. But it does have a gas connection with central heating, a lovely shower and a gas BBQ which also functions as an oven! In addition, in the living room you will find a lovely wood stove, which can work both as a wood stove and a fireplace.

Right from the house you can make beautiful walks, with views up to the Triglav, the highest mountain in Slovenia. But also mountain bike trails pass near the house and you will find within cycling distance several MTB Trail Parks. For avid runners, a running trail passes in front of the door. Also other outdoor sports can be undertaken at a short distance, rafting and kayaking, rock climbing and via ferrata are all possible at a short distance! But also the capital Ljubljana can be reached in just 45 minutes, as well as the beautiful city of Celje. Several Therme/Wellness Centers can be found in Lasko, about 30 minutes drive from the house.The house is located at 900 meters altitude, all alone on the mountain pasture, with a beautiful view. On the property you will find a campfire pit, a large terrace, a trampoline and a large BBQ. In this place you can completely relax, and because of its central location also nice for all kinds of excursions!
