A haven of peace in a charming house, perfect for groups of family or friends, with easy road access and a train station less than 5 km away. You'll enjoy total autonomy in the house, with a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals for 15 people, and a dining room with two large tables. You'll also be able to take advantage of a magnificent plot of land with views of the Belledonne massif, the Bauges and the Chartreuse. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well soundproofed, each with its own shower room, 5 double bedrooms plus a large room N° 6 on the second floor with exposed beams that can accommodate 5 Pers (3 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people. Good mattresses make my customers happy!

On the border between the Bauges and Chartreuse Regional Nature Parks, the coeur de savoie area is unspoilt. The proximity of vineyards, cycle paths and hiking trails means you can leave your car at the parking lot. Numerous lakes nearby offer clear water and exceptional panoramic views. Some are located in the valley, others at higher altitudes, offering a choice of lakes depending on summer temperatures. You can also cool off in one of the many wine-tasting cellars. Privileged location for discovering the region (freeway 2km away), Chambéry and Annecy, "Towns of Art and History", you can also take advantage of the many road passes accessible by bike for the more motivated, the region abounds in roads perfect for cycling.
