We've put a lot of effort into creating a brand-new apartment (60 m2) in a calm, relaxing environment. Made of clay and wood, the apartment is a cosy place, with the pleasure of a large terrace in summer (with charcoal barbecue) and a wood-burning stove in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi-microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge with 2 freezer drawers. A percolator and espresso machine are also available, as is a toaster. We can provide a folding cot and high chair on request. Children's crockery is also available. If the weather is not cooperating, books, comics and board games are available.

Whether you're a nature lover (we're in the Ardenne Méridionale nature park), a cultural enthusiast or simply looking for a peaceful place to relax, you'll find plenty to do around Paliseul. As the last house on the street, you'll have direct access to the surrounding countryside (on the Paul Verlaine walkway). In the gîte, you'll find a folder with all the walks and descriptions of Paliseul and its surrounding villages. You can walk to the village, where you'll find plenty of shops, including a bakery just up the road. We're close to the Euro-Space Center (15km), Bouillon, the Semois and Lesse valleys (Redu, Daverdisse). A short distance away, you'll also find two of Wallonia's most beautiful villages: Our (9km) and Gros-Fays (15km). Gastronomy is also part of the region, with two Michelin-starred restaurants.
