The old village theater of Marigny sur Yonne has been converted into a comfortable vacation home. It offers on the ground floor a cozy, modern large living room with a ceiling height of 4 meters, a kitchen (with dishwasher, 5-burner stove with large oven and microwave) + a large bathroom and on the top floor: 2 spacious bedrooms (with sink), a third small bedroom, a toilet and 2nd shower. Both at the front and the back of the house there is a large private terrace so you can always eat outside, in the sun or shade. At the back you can relax in the lounge set.

This Nature House is located next to the old presbytery (where we live), opposite a charming 19th century church, at the end of a dead-end road. The house is within walking distance of the Canal de Nivernais, which is ideal for walking and cycling. There are several lakes nearby for swimming: Etangs de Vaux et Baie (14 km), Lac de Merle (20 km) and the practical mountain lake in the Morvan: Lac de Chaumecon.The nature around Marigny sur Yonne is beautiful: an Arcadian, hilly landscape with grazing cows and lots of wild life, such as owls, deer and birds of prey.Within walking distance is bar-restaurant, La Coulée Douce, where you can enjoy the rushing water and the beautiful view of the canal under a canopy.In Corbigny (4 km) you can find everything you need. There are 3 bakeries, an Aldi, a luxury large supermarket, 6 restaurants, a few cafes, a bank, tobacconist and there is a regular market, also with local products.
