In the heart of Burgundy and in the natural park of the Morvan, this beautiful nature house is surrounded by greenery and many forests. You can enjoy the lake Lac de Pannecière located across the street from the house. For those in need of peace and quiet, a stay in this chalet is definitely recommended, as peace and quiet are the plus points here.

Lac de Pannecière is the largest dam lake (520 hectares) in the Morvan. It is a protected nature reserve. As a result, it is highly sought after by anglers, who can enjoy fishing for trout, pike, pike-perch and carp. The Yonne River provides a constant supply of fresh mountain water, so the water is clean and excellent for swimming! At the end of July, the water level drops until finally a river remains at the end of September. A few kilometers away, you can still fish to your heart's content. Next to the chalet is the small, quiet campsite of Corancy, where you can grab a terrace in summer, order a fresh bread roll, get ice cream and fries, and where the kids can play with the campsite's numerous children on the little beach. Not to mention, on Thursday evening it's pizza night at the campsite (summer months).For shopping you can go to the capital of the Morvan, Château-Chinon, eight kilometers from the nature house. There you will find, among other things, two large supermarkets, terraces and some nice restaurants - there is also a gas station in town.
