After five years of input of love, sweat and tears, a dilapidated stall took shape again as a cozy nature house where there is a mix of old Normandy with a modern nod. The cottage is conceived as a mini loft, all in one open space. Upon entering, there is a small bathroom to the left with lavabo, toilet and walk-in shower. Then there is the open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven with to the left a small storage room with fridge and freezer. From there you can take the stairs to the mezzanine where there is a spacious bedroom with double bed. It is the perfect cocoon for a couple to unwind. If there are four of you, there is the wooden annex. This space is also worthy of a bedroom and contains a second double bed, and can therefore also be used as a second bedroom (note that this is not comparable with the suite on the mezzanine). There is a nice garden with fruit trees and beautiful views over la douce Normandy. Furthermore, Les faux is a small hamlet with five houses where one French couple lives permanently.

In the immediate vicinity of this nature house you can find some fun excursions. Ciderie: taste and buy apple and pear juice to cider, pommeau and calvados. You'll find the Ciderie along the main road to Alençon, just after the fork to also head toward Pré-en-Pail. Carrouges Castle: historical site with castle, apple orchards and visitor center with mini museum and info about the region (musée du parc). Sées: large church and nice restaurant Le Dauphin. Alençon: Nearest large city with historic center and regular activities. Ferté Macé: Lake recreation area-with hiking trails, beach and water sports. Foret d'écouves : one of the largest remaining primeval forests in France.
