On this vast estate in southern Norway is located this beautiful nature house.The house is about 150 years old and in 2016 completely restored, in the process the landlord hired a local architect who incorporated the typical colors and materials of this region.The estate has a total of 800 hectares of land, most of it is forest. There are some smaller lakes and behind the house it borders the river Tokke.The kitchen in the house is fully equipped for 12 people. There are bathrooms with shower and toilet and there is an additional toilet. Next to the house is a large barn. Here the animals used to be kept and the hay stored. Nowadays it is hardly used and serves only as storage. On the Tokke you can enjoy boating, there are four large canoes purchased that guests can use. There is little or no internet coverage but there is cell phone coverage.

The estate is located on the border between Kragerø and Drangedal on rv 38. The place is rich in animals and can be hunted. The estate has hunting rights to moose, deer and roe. The Tokke behind the house is rich in fish, but there is a current in the water that depends on an electricity work nearby, so the current changes from time to time!
