This nature house is in a beautiful nature spot with a story. 100 years ago, wood was mined in this area for construction and export. The hard workers and their horses could rest and spend the night here. Now this area has been declared a protected nature reserve. For years, there was no other way to get to the cabin than on horseback or on foot. The landlords obtained a permit to turn this sleeping place into a nature house and were allowed to have building materials brought by helicopter and to use the snowmobile to break down and build the house all winter. The stable has become a cozy nature house after a comprehensive renovation. In the house there is no internet, no electricity and no running water. However, there are several small lakes and there will be a solar panel on the roof which is good for a little light and charging a phone. There is a wood stove in the cottage, which can also be used as a cooking/heating facility. Gas can be used for cooking and cooling. Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed on their own!

The nature house cannot be reached by car. From a parking lot it is a nice walk of about 20 minutes to get to the cabin. Really in the middle of nature so! The lakes have very clean water, but they have never been tested for drinking water quality. Norwegian nature is known for its tranquility and animal-rich area. There are deer, deer, moose, lynx, beavers, badgers, etc. Swimming and fishing is allowed everywhere!
