This ruralhut is located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany on a 400 meter high hill that offers a marvellous view over the landscape. It is composed of one double bedroom, one double or twin bedroom with en suite bathrooms with shower. There is also a double sofa bed situated in the lounge with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the apartment you have TV, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and electric oven, kettle, hairdryer, telephone, safe, autonomous heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a covered veranda with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can eat or relax with your friends and families, an illuminated swimming pool with sunbathing area, garden with barbecues and common laundry room always open and free of charge.

The ruralhut is located on a hill of 400 meter high and is surrounded by olive groves and woods. From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view and see the spectacular sunsets, the bell towers of Città della Pieve, Amiata and Cetona Mountain. There are no other houses around and this offers an incredibile sensation of peace and relaxation where people can recharge their batteries.
