This nature house is part of Finca el Chorrillo and is the residence of the farm. The cottage is less than three kilometers from the village of Alcuéscar (Extremadura Spain) and is very central for the cities of Cáceres, Mérida, Trujillo and Guadalupe. The cottage has a large kitchen, a cozy living room, a toilet, a bathroom and an enclosed garden. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds (two rooms with a single bed and one room with a double bed with an annex room with a single sofa bed and a separate sitting area). All bedrooms have (ceiling) fans, closet, coat rack and bedside tables or tables. The kitchen has a large gas stove with electric oven and grill, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and dining area. The living room is open to the kitchen and has comfortable chairs and a sofa, TV, DVD, bookcase with books and wood stove.

The great natural parks of Monfrague, Cornalvo and los Barruecos are easily accessible. There are many hiking possibilities around the finca and around Alcuescar. There are also hiking trails from the surrounding villages of Montanchez, Arroyomolinos and Carmonita. There are also opportunities for bicycle tours, either by regular bicycle or ATB. The finca is over five acres, with grassland and many trees and shrubs and a pond. Many species of birds are found throughout the year, including blue magpie, hoopoe, lesser spotted woodpecker, skylark, crested lark, goldfinch, oriole, bee-eater, nightingale, little blackhead, red-headed shrike and many more. Over the lands one can see vultures, eagles, kites and other birds of prey passing by. Also in terms of flora, the finca is interesting with many species of flowers in the spring including wild orchids. The finca is located along the Camino de Santiago de Compostella/Via de la Plata.
