Relax in our beautiful nature house, located on a quiet country road with old oaks. You will experience peace and privacy. It is a detached and very comfortable house with a cozy wooden veranda. The veranda has a sitting and dining area, is completely covered and can be heated with 2 wall heaters. Here you can enjoy the sunset. Often you will see our sheep (and lambs) or chickens walking in the adjacent meadow. There is a stork's nest right behind our garden. There is a very complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and sink (separate toilet). On the sleeping loft a double bed with electrically adjustable head and foot and 2 extra long (2.20) mattresses. In the spacious living room (which is 4 meters high) is a cozy sitting area around the electric fireplace with also a 2-pers. sofa bed, making the house suitable for 3 or 4 people. Towels, bed linen, kitchen linen, toilet paper, spices, tea, filter coffee etc are provided.

Walking or cycling is the best way to discover the beautiful surroundings. In the house you will find extensive documentation with cycling and walking routes and information about the surrounding towns and museums. Our nature house is located on the cycling network with cycling routes through the beautiful countryside, past old farms and through the IJssel Valley. The nearby IJssel meanders through the floodplains. The Hoge Veluwe is nearby with beautiful cycling and walking routes. In 5 minutes you are in the beautiful nature reserve Empese and Tondense Heide or Huize Voorstonden, with marked walks.In warm weather it is great swimming in the nearby recreational lake at Bussloo. And if you love the sauna, Thermen Bussloo is definitely recommended. Also take a look at museum More in Gorssel or in the small medieval town Bronkhorst. In the beautiful Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen you will find cozy cafes, beautiful stores and lots of culture.
