In the municipality of Montecalvo Versiggia, this nature house is located in a panoramic location in the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese wine region in Lombardy, Italy, about 70 kilometers south of Milan and just a day's drive from the Netherlands. Two apartments are available: a six-person apartment and a three-person apartment (three adults or two adults and two small children). The latter apartment has a large sitting/bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a shaded terrace. Guests of both apartments have WiFi internet, with no data limit, and they can use the pool in the large garden behind the villa. Cars can be parked on private property.

The Oltrepò Pavese is a hilly region with views, ancient villages, castles and forests. The region is also called the Tuscany of northern Italy. An ideal area to spend your vacations, when you are looking for peace, space and privacy in beautiful surroundings, while there are also fun activities to do. The Oltrepò lies at the foot of the Ligurian Alps and the Apennines. Therefore, while walking, cycling or touring by car, you will be presented with the most beautiful views. One of the most fun and relaxing activities while staying in this nature house is to go hiking. Because there are no fences anywhere, you can (and really should) walk freely through the vineyards. No traffic, free view and peace and quiet: wonderful. Directly past the villa runs a frequently used cycling route: for the real pedalists and mountain bikers, this is an ideal and challenging area. Not far away are several nature reserves and parks, which are easy to reach. The house is located fairly centrally in northern Italy, which makes it possible to visit several larger cities, the northern Italian lakes and even the Mediterranean Sea within one day.
