Always wanted to wake up in an old forester's house? You can, in the heart of Hessian Switzerland!!! The nature house dates from 1700, a time when nature and seasons determined the rhythm of life, when care for existence was a daily activity, but also rest and contemplation were still taken for granted in its time and when the small was still valued. It is the last house before a border, which for decades determined the essence and youngest history of Germany. The Iron Curtain transformed into Das Grüne Band, which now runs like a Green Ribbon, with its untouched unique flora and fauna, from Finland to Turkey. The nature house is also located on the Ostsee-Alpen route, on the Deutsche Fachwerkstraße and the Deutsche Märchenstraße (Frau Holle). The area has a rich culture. Of the more than 30 castles, fortresses and ruins, Schloß Rothestein, Wolfsbrunnen and the Raptor Castle Altenstein are the closest.

The surrounding villages lie in a varied mountain landscape, are connected by idyllic roads and are regularly part of, among other things, Classiker tours, Triathlons and the many annual festivals. Seven kilometers away is the cozy provincial town of Eschwege and a little further on Bad-Sooden-Allendorf. All mentioned in the same breath, but different in terms of atmosphere sights. In the beautiful WerraTherme you can swim in salt water and afterwards in Allendorf cozy food. The nature house was recently rebuilt entirely from natural materials. The cozy home is located on the first floor, above the three stables. Here a soapstone stove spreads cozy warmth. In the country kitchen you will find everything you need to cook delicious meals. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, modern shower and two separate sinks. In the cozy bedroom there is a comfortable double bed 180x200. The absence of TV and Wifi is a conscious choice, here you can relax again.
