The vacation home is located in a wooded area at a generous distance from the neighboring properties. You are surrounded by beech, oak and pine trees and can watch the birds and listen to their concerts. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the house and the darkness of the night, free from artificial light sources. A small, hardly frequented lake is about 300 meters away, where you can swim wonderfully in the best water quality. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a conservatory with private access, a bedroom with a four-poster bed and a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue in the evening. The interior is both cozy and stylishly designed by an artist. The house and grounds are not barrier-free and therefore unfortunately not suitable for children and people with limited mobility.
