The cottage is near Scansano, but it is in the middle of the greenery of the hills, in the countryside. The cottage is independent and is located in an olive grove in an elevated position, with a view of the sea and Monte Argentario. The cottage is comfortable and welcoming, with one bedroom and a double sofa bed in the upper living room. In the bedroom there is another small sofa bed for two children or an adult. There is a fireplace in the upper living room and a wood-burning oven in the kitchen. The house is suitable for people who love peace and quiet. The best times to enjoy the outdoor environment are spring and autumn.

The sea is about 40 minutes drive, the Terme di Saturnia about half an hour. The village, Scansano, is 10 minutes drive (typical wine products - Morellino di Scansano and oil). The nearest city is Grosseto (40 minutes). Easily accessible tourist destinations: Pitigliano, Saturnia, Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and the Uccellina Park.
