A real farmhouse built in 1920 recently refurbished leaving original features. Upstairs four large bedrooms, bathroom and the original living with the big owen where the family use to cook inside. Lower floor a new kitchen with both gas and wood oven kitchen and a 40sqm living room with a piano in the former stable. The original.wood oven to bake bread is still working. The property has 18 ectares of cultivated land mainly grapes and olive trees.

In the heart of Sabina along the Ternana the road which connect to Umbria the landscape is green dominated by soft hills of grapes&olives of ancient roman memories and beatiful monasteries. Only 30 minutes north of Roma and and easy reach to A1 highway to reach Umbria and Tuscany is an ideal location to live in a real countryside, great food becouse really zero kilometer but with the chance of visit Rome as well by car but also by train which stops in all stations in the city centre such as San Pietro. Also the summer is more enjoyable as it is warm but fresh with the natural wind. Far views of the appennins in sight. Ideal place for families to live countryside at its best tasting local family restaurants as well.
