The cottage is located in southeastern Crete on a mountainside, 300 meters from the sea, in the village of Kaló Neró (Lassithi). The nature house is built on the slope of a mountain in the valley of Kaló Neró, which means good water in Greek. It consists of 4 separate living units of which one, the "west wing" is permanently occupied by me and the other, the "east wing" is rented out in summer and winter. The house is completely free and surrounded by about 7000m2 of land with olive, fig, lemon, almond and pomegranate trees.
