This is a b&b of only two rooms that is offered exclusively. They are two double rooms with the possibility of adding an extra bed in each (15 € cad/day), with independent and unconnected entrances, plus a kitchen also with independent entrance and not connected to the rooms. The white room is accessed both from the upper floor, where there is a lofted living/relaxation area that can accommodate another person if necessary, and from the lower floor, where the double bed and bathroom with shower are instead located. In the color room, the entrance is instead on the lower floor, where there is a living/relax area that can accommodate another person if necessary and the bathroom with shower. The sleeping area with a double bed is on the upper mezzanine floor. The property is completed by an 8 m x 4 m swimming pool where you can enjoy sun, relax and a splendid view of the olive trees and the entire valley (operational from June to mid-September), a garden, a terrace and parking.

Arlia is a small hillside village at 450 meters above sea level where peace and tranquility reign 6 km from Fivizzano where all services (stores, restaurants, pharmacies, hospital, etc...) are located... the rest of the world!!!
