This approx. 280 m² summer house built in stone with a thatched roof has, among other things, pool table, table football, sauna, hot tub and exercise equipment. The heating takes place with energy-saving geothermal heating. 3 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. The one bathroom is in connection with it large sauna and the separate spa room with a 2-person spa bath and exercise equipment. 2 kitchens in connection with the living rooms. From the one living room, there is access to the activity room, which is equipped with pool table and table football. There are 2 wood stoves. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the 1st floor. One has elevation bed. For the little holiday guests there is a high chair, sandpit and swing available. There is a carport. The house has several open terrace areas where it is possible to find shelter as well as a glass pavilion with table and chairs. The large natural plot of 2652 m² is partly surrounded by trees. The coveted Kongsmark is centrally located in the middle of Rømø, which has a lot of wildlife. You can go out to the protected areas, where there are many beautiful hiking trails. Not far from the houses are lovely plantations with marked hiking trails and a dog forest where dogs can run freely. The many path systems in the forest and to the beach will provide many opportunities for cycling and jogging. Within a radius of 2-5 km you can visit all the island's many attractions. The North Sea and the beach are very popular regardless of the season, but also The Wadden Sea on the east side of the island is impressive with Northern Europe's largest pantry for migratory birds to and from the south. 9- and 18-hole golf course in Havneby. Taste the island's specialties at the fishmongers and the local butcher. Rømø is more than a beach. There are also large heathers, which bloom in a fantastic purple carpet in August and September. You can also seek shelter on a windy day in one of the many small ones plantations where there are several marked paths and viewpoints. Rømø is known for its kilometre-long wide beaches, where in most places is allowed to drive all the way to the water's edge and park your car. However, there is also a limited part of the beach that is car-free, so that the children can run freely around to play, e.g. play beach volleyball and set up kites without danger. Not for rent to youth groups.
